Head First at Fresh Fruit Festival
Kyle has a story to tell you. It’s true – the parts he can remember, the parts when he wasn’t unconscious. Seizures and sexual assault aren’t usually part of a romantic comedy but, for Kyle, they’re part of the story, and his story has plenty of comedy and romance. When the effects of a traumatic brain injury start to surface, every part of his life seems out of his control, including his sex drive, which flips like a switch between insatiable and non-existent. As he struggles to get a handle on the truth, the men in his life – his best friend, his roommate, his boyfriend, a sailor with some special skills, and others – play a part in the struggle and the story, one truth at a time.
